Carrie M.
I needed a change…I was just tired of not feeling good. I was overweight and had arthritis in my hips and knees. I was sucking down Tylenol, trying anything to make it go away.
And I remember being at another gym, walking in just like, “what do I do?” Just feeling totally intimidated by hundreds of people.
So when I walked in here, everybody knew my name. Every time, it’s “Hey, Carrie!” It’s nice. It’s nice to be known. It’s nice to have a personalized program that fits you.
And now that I’m building up muscles around the areas that hurt, it’s working! I physically have gotten so much stronger. My coach is excellent about working me hard and good, but pain free. I now have good balance and my core is strong.
I can lift weights that I never thought I could a year ago. He just has me doing things that I never thought I could do.
And then you get to meet the other people you’re working out with too. You develop friendships and community and I love it.
