About

At the age of eight, Meg started playing basketball, which sparked her love for physical activity and training. Playing year-round competitive basketball lead to receiving a college scholarship where she played on the school’s basketball and soccer teams. Unfortunately, along the way Meg endured several knee injuries which resulted in many surgeries and setbacks. After retiring from playing basketball and later having two children, Meg realized the importance of proper physical training to manage pain and to live a life without limitations. In order to run, play, and keep up with her kids, Meg started pursuing an education and career in personal training, with the goal to help others who are facing similar physical setbacks.
