By working out the morning of Thanksgiving, you will use up all the sugar that lives inside your muscles.
That way, when you have your big meal, your muscles will soak up a lot of the excess sugar and carbs that you eat.
Then, when you work out the next day, you burn off any lingering sugar floating around and “undo” some of the damage.
