My husband Brad was suffering from sciatica and his doctor referred him to Mint to strengthen his core. After he lost weight, got rid of his sciatica, and was able to ski and hike pain-free again, I joined the program as well!
I used to be a jock, but had given up on regular activity due to arthritis of the knees. Not any more! Since starting my training, I’m now able to climb stairs and get up from the floor unassisted, which is a major improvement for me. We even went to Greece and climbed the ruins with ease and enjoyment!
However, our biggest accomplishment, our #MINTMoment, was taking a snowshoeing adventure, knowing that we had the strength and endurance to make the most of that beautiful trip.
