Robert has been passionate about nutrition and fitness for much of his life, although he first pursued a career in mental health. He had a successful career as a Marriage and Family Therapist but always felt as though something was missing.
During the pandemic Robert realized that his passion truly belonged within the fitness industry, which led him away from his therapy practice into the fitness world.
Now he uses his passion for fitness and nutrition in conjunction with his knowledge of psychology to help people achieve their potential and feel better both physically and mentally.
Robert received a Bachelor of Art degree from California State University of Monterey Bay, majoring in Psychology. He then gained his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University.
Robert now utilizes his knowledge and background in mental health to help others achieve their fitness goals and feel better about their lives.
His background in therapy helps him approach clients through another perspective to support those who want to improve their health and fitness.

Robert is constantly finding new ways to challenge himself physically and mentally through fitness and learning. He loves to push himself to be his best, and through this, he is exceeding limits he thought he would never reach.
Robert loves to encourage and assist others to reach their potential and be passionate about fitness. His passions include fitness, health, photography, filming, exploring, learning, family, and friends.
