About
After years of inactivity, poor posture, and injury from working as a caregiver in Australia, Priyanka severely injured her back at the age of 20. She began to look for ways to better herself and turned to a set of 5kg dumbbells left behind by her brother.
Soon after, Priyanka enrolled in karate class and even became a regular gym goer. Though she found herself becoming physically stronger, the newfound mental discipline left her wanting more.
Today, Priyanka is still working on improving her sciatica, SIJ dysfunction, rotator cuff injury, and chronic back pain. Understanding every day is a work in progress and can be challenging, she is determined to work through her limitations. Priyanka’s personal journey became the driving force behind pursuing a career in personal training.
