Mark Overby

Certified Fitness Coach


A native of the Bay Area, Mark grew up in a family that cultivated a very active lifestyle. His adventurous upbringing was comprised of camping in the woods, hiking for hours in the local foothills, racing motocross on the weekends, and more.

This early introduction was the spark that led Mark to explore other avenues of fitness, including bodybuilding and powerlifting. He has now competed in Bench Press and Deadlift events and won his first bodybuilding competition in 2010.

With that success, Mark decided to share his passion for fitness as his life’s mission and help others on their journey to achieve their own personal fitness goals. 


Certifications include:

  • American Sports and Fitness Association: Certified in Tactical Fitness
    • Broad knowledge of the human body, muscle function, programming strategy, strength training, recovery strategies, and exercise science. 
  • American Sports and Fitness Association: Certified in Group Fitness
    • Specializing in HITT training, boot camps, and circuit training. 
  • Member of the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA)


Mark is passionate when it comes to working with others. Being able to educate the mind as well as train the body is both his foundation and philosophy.
