Born and raised in the San Jose area, Kyle has always counted sports and fitness as a big part of life. His favorite sport to play growing up was basketball, and after playing for years, he ended up coaching.
After graduating high school, Kyle found a passion in health and fitness and decided to pursue a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. After college, Kyle continued to coach basketball, but also began his career in fitness.
Now, as a fitness coach at Mint, he loves helping people improve their physical and mental health. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone else succeed. As he says, "It puts a smile on my face every day."
