Finding herself interested in health and fitness in high school, Kari pursued a degree in Nutritional Science.
After achieving this degree and dealing with her own mental health struggles, she felt that something was missing and decided to follow her passion for fitness. Combining nutrition and fitness offered Kari the opportunity to help others achieve their goals on multiple levels.
Kari believes fitness and health is a journey both physically and mentally, but with goals setting and consistency, anything is possible.
Kari received a Bachelor of Science Nutritional Science with a Concentration in Dietetics from San Jose State University.

Kari's passion is to help others reach their goals using a balanced, well-rounded approach. You can often see her working on her own mobility and agility during her off hours at Mint.
Kari’s other interests include cooking, horseback riding, and spending time with her family and pets.
