Want to Keep Your Kids Active?
If your kids need to get moving again while staying connected with their friends, I have a program for you! Having a 10 and 8 year old myself, here is what I know:
- It is hard having kids home all day!
- Things go better when the kids burn off some energy.
- My kids need social connection just as much as I do.

Mon @ 11:30 - Sports Cyclone
In this fast paced, sports focused class, we will hit on all the key drills from your child’s favorite sports. Everything from golf and tennis to soccer and hockey. We have them all covered!
Wed @ 11:30 - Yoga
We like doing a mid-week slow down with our kids yoga class. In this class, we will focus on stretching, breathing, and quieting our minds so that your kids can build the focus and mindfulness they need to be successful in school!
Fri @ 11:30 - Track & Field
We like to end the week with a variety of games inspired by the olympics that we all are missing! Pulling mostly from the track and field events, we will be challenging your kids to compete against themselves and try to improve each week!
