Full Fitness & Goals Assessment

Before we design your program, we first want to learn more about you and your goals. What you are looking to accomplish? Why is it important to you? This is what will help us to create a custom plan to help you get where you want to go.

Personal Training (2-3x per week)

You will get a customized workout program and an expert fitness coach to teach you how to move correctly. This will help you avoid injury and leave you feeling better every time you train.

Simple Meal plan

Not everyone is the same, so your diet should be built for you. That is why we make eating simple with our 3-S Diet. It’s a templated program that we customize to your exact needs. No more feeling deprived or shamed into eating the “right” way!

1-on-1 Success Coaching Calls

This is where the real magic happens. In your 1-on-1 calls, you will learn how previous programs have failed you and how to start approaching your diet and exercise in a way that leaves you feeling confident and capable to create the body and life that you want.

About Us

When our founder, Colin Triplett, was young, his grandfather struggled to enjoy his final years because of excessive medication, unnecessary surgeries, and declining mental health due to Alzheimer’s.
