That is why Step 1 of our approach is to do exercises that help with posture. These are specific stretches and core exercises that will make sure you are fighting the slump and will actually give you more energy and focus throughout the day while fighting aches and pains.
How to Get Fit While at Home
Once you build in a healthy habit of stretching and core work, then you can dial things up and start working to boost energy, stamina, and strength (all while burning fat!).
We all move less and eat more when we work from home, so it’s important to do a workout that will boost your metabolism and your energy levels.
