What is Interval Training? 

Alternating between different bouts of intensity for specific amounts of time and specific amounts of built-in rest.

The benefits of interval training include:

  • Cardiorespiratory fitness or vo2max
  • Improved recovery capacity
  • Raised fatigue threshold
