Back pain is one of the most common discomforts people experience because your back takes the brunt of all your body’s compensations.
If you have tightness or weakness anywhere else in the body, your back is going to be the place that suffers.

When you do the right exercises, you will:

Now I will say this...if you have chronic back pain, I recommend that you see a physical therapist or chiropractor to get checked out. The techniques we show in this video are great, but they DO NOT cover all types of back pain.
