Mint Condition Fitness have developed a step-by-step process to ensure that our members get the results they want.
Here is our 4-Step Rejuvenation Process:
Step 1: Clarify Your Goals and Plan
Without a clearly defined goal, you will never see results. This is why we will help you clarify what exactly it is that you want, and help craft a plan that will ensure success.
Step 2: Our 21-Point Fitness Evaluation
We will assess where you are now using our 21-Point Fitness Evaluation, helping us determine what we need to focus on to get you the results you want.
Step 3: Design Your Program
We will take everything we have learned about you, your goals, your plan, and your current level of fitness, and design a customized fitness program for you to follow.
Step 4: Implement and Revise
We will teach you how to perform your exercises correctly and will keep you accountable to yourself and your goals. You will finally have the consistency you need to see results.

To give you an idea of what you can expect, here is how an hour would look if you started at 9:00 AM:
8:50 - Arrive, get some water, get changed, and get ready!
9:00 - Warm up begins. Your coach will help you to make sure you are doing everything correctly and will adjust exercises based on your needs for the day.
9:15 - Complete warm up and move to the strength portion of the workout.
9:45 - Complete strength training and move to cardio and cooldown.
